What is the maximum capacity at your venue?

We can accommodate 200 guests for an indoor or outdoor reception. Gable receptions can accommodate 150 guests. This typically includes room for fifteen to twenty guest tables, wedding party tables, a dessert display, food stations, bar service, gift table, and a dance floor. Outdoor receptions incur an additional fee of $1,000. Gable receptions incur an additional fee of $2,500.

How long do I have the venue the day of my wedding?

Our standard wedding package includes a 14 hour exclusive time frame. Music needs to end at 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays and at 10pm on Sundays.

What is your cleaning policy?

All personal & decorative items must be removed by the end of your rental time. Our staff will handle tables, chairs, linens and trash clean up.

Can I hire my own caterer?

We have seven excellent and exclusive caterers we require you to use. Each caterer is unique in their own way and can offer either a buffet style, family style, or plated meal. They can prepare something as simple as heavy hors d’oeuvres to the most elaborate plated meal. Once you hire your caterer, their staff is hands on throughout the entire process and will provide menus, tastings and consultations at their facilities. 

Can I bring in my linens & decor?

All linen rentals must be sourced through the venue. You're welcome to bring in your own decor, or rent from our online catalog. Our inventory of unique decor features great pieces to incorporate at your ceremony, cocktail hour or reception.

Can I bring in my own alcohol and/or bartenders?

We do not allow outside alcohol or bartenders. We have in-house bar packages with optional upgrades like signature cocktails, champagne toasts and our beloved wine wall. Contact us for the complete list of beverage services and packages. 

Can I hire my own DJ?

We have an exclusive partnership with five fantastic DJ companies who can provide sound for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

What is required to book a date?

Sign our contract, put down 50% of the venue rental, and the date is yours! The other half of the venue rental is due 30 days prior to the event.

How do I schedule a time to come look at the venue?

All tours are by appointment only, and can be booked here. We can't wait to show you around!

IS VENUE INSURANCE REQUIRED?

Clients are required to purchase general liability insurance. Wed Safe is a great resource to obtain this certificate.
